Bill Stoughton - Co-Owner

Bill embarked on his professional journey in Virginia in the early 1970s, where he began building custom homes, predominantly in mountain resort regions. This marked the inception of a remarkable career, underscored by Bill's sterling reputation and extensive expertise in consulting, design, financing, land development, and construction of single-family homes. His pioneering work played a pivotal role in shaping the landscape, including significant contributions to the development of Halifax Plantation. Bill has remained steadfast in prioritizing both the functionality and aesthetic appeal of his designs, characterized by meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to structural integrity. This enduring dedication has cemented Bill's legacy as a trailblazer in the construction industry.

George Duran - Co-Owner

George is a seasoned entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in the construction industry. Before establishing Stoughton & Duran Custom Homes, he had the honor of owning and managing multiple businesses, offering him invaluable insights into management, sales, and various aspects of construction. His diverse background has equipped him with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in the competitive construction landscape. With a passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering top-notch service, George continues to lead his company to success while staying true to his vision of creating exceptional custom homes.

Jessica Duran - Controller

With more than two decades of dedicated experience in accounting, Jessica has established herself as a proficient and seasoned professional in financial management. She earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Central Florida, and acquired a robust background to complement her practical expertise. Currently serving as Controller at Stoughton & Duran, she oversees all aspects of accounting operations, contract management, and human resources.

Wendy Duran - Office Manager

With seven years of experience as a Medical Office Manager and a solid foundation in customer service spanning fifteen years, Wendy brings a wealth of expertise to our team. She proudly represents the first graduating class of Palm Coast's Matanzas High School in 2008, and holds her educational achievements dear. Currently serving as Stoughton and Duran's Office Manager, Wendy excels in coordinating projects from inception through the design phase to permitting, utilizing her blend of managerial skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations and successful outcomes.

Girlanni Duran - Selections Coordinator

As a devoted wife and mother to two daughters, Girlanni embraces a multifaceted journey that blends family life with personal and academic pursuits. With a Bachelor of Science in Business/Accounting from the University of Phoenix and certification in Theology Studies, Girlanni has honed a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of both financial principles and spiritual matters. Her passion for learning extends beyond the classroom, driving her to continuously seek knowledge and growth in all aspects of life.

Bentlee Critcher - Project Manager

With a Bachelor’s degree from Appalachian State University and seven years of hands-on experience in construction and project management, Bentlee has honed his skills in overseeing diverse projects from inception to completion. His expertise encompasses scheduling, resource allocation, and team coordination, ensuring timely project deliveries. His ability to communicate effectively with homeowners, vendors, and subcontractors, along with his analytical approach, has consistently driven project success and client satisfaction.

Ivana Sanchez - Administrative Assistant

Currently a high school senior and an active member of the Honors Society, Ivana plays a key role in supporting various office functions, always ready to help wherever needed. With a strong interest in design and architecture, Ivana plans to pursue these fields in college. Outside of work and school, she enjoys arts and crafts, where her creativity and attention to detail truly shine.
